Terms of service

1. The software

ForgeOrbis is delivered as software and model artifacts that you deploy and operate on your own infrastructure. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your internal operations for the term of your agreement.

2. Your data and model

You retain all rights to your log data and to any model weights fine-tuned on it. Because the software runs inside your perimeter, we have no access to either. You are responsible for operating your deployment, including access control and retention.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not remove or defeat the licensing or attestation mechanisms.
• Do not redistribute the software or model artifacts outside your organisation.
• Comply with the licences of the open-weight base model and dependencies.

4. Warranties

The software is provided under the warranties set out in your signed agreement. Orbis answers are grounded in and cited to your logs; you are responsible for validating outputs before relying on them for regulated decisions.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited as set out in your agreement.

6. Term and termination

Evaluation licences run for the agreed evaluation period. On termination, you stop using the software; your data and fine-tuned weights remain yours and stay in your environment.
